An order confirmation will be emailed. Once your package has been shipped, we will send you an email that provides your tracking number.  number. If you have additional questions, please email and include your order number in the email.

Any modification request to the order should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. All such requests made within 24 hour time frame will be reviewed. True Image Designs will not be held responsible for the wrong order due to the request submitted later than 24 hours after purchase.

We ship to all 50 US states. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Our goal is to offer the best shipping experience. The time frame of an order delivery may vary. All standard orders will be processed within 1 -3 business days. Once the order is processed, please allow up to 30 days for shipments. This does not include weekends or holidays. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date.

Expediated shipping is available for an additional fee.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if the merchandise is damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact customer support at support@trueimagedesigns.co. 

Returns will not be accepted without having previously contacting our customer service team within 3 business days upon delivery date for full refund.
